Broadly speaking, assertive communication reflects our capacity to express our thoughts, feelings, and needs directly, honestly, and respectfully. In this week's podcast about assertive communication, we are exploring what it is and what it is not through 5 real-life examples. I'm going to share some ideas with you to put assertive communication into practice.
