How to Stop the Worry Loop

Hello ….how are you today?

It’s quite impossible not to feel worried with the fast pace and excessive demands of our times, right?

The issue is not worry itself, as it is a natural reaction to certain stimuli; the problem is getting stuck in the loop of anxious and negative thoughts that end up affecting our peace of mind. We can react to what happens to us, or we can pause, observe it, and see how we respond to it.
