Loving ourselves unconditionally. Where can we start?

Hello …. How are you today?

This week we’re discussing how to love ourselves unconditionally, that is to say, beyond our appearance, our achievements, how others see us, or how much we take care of ourselves.

It's a profound concept that, when put into practice, can bring about radical changes in our lives at every level. Do you love yourself so much that it is unwavering and not conditioned to anything? Or do you sometimes criticize or even betray yourself?
