Multi-layered meditation to calm stress and fear

Hello …. How are you today?

This week, we’re going to do our monthly meditation.

Listening carefully to my clients and subscribers, the common thread that challenges them is fear.

Fear of failing, fear of not meeting deadlines, fear of making a transition, fear of uncertainty, among many other reasons.

You can listen to the podcast with this player, or if you prefer reading you have a written version below. Enjoy it!

PODCAST: Multi-layered meditation to calm stress and fear Georgina Hudson

Don't worry, I’ve been there too, we’ve all felt something similar because we are human. Remember that fear is wired in our brain to help us survive. Picture the first men and women who benefited from being in a state of alert to avoid being eaten by a wild animal. Today a reasonable amount of fear can be a great ally. Would you cross a busy avenue when the green light is on? It would be catastrophic, right? But what happens when our fear is disproportionate? What happens when we feel a waterfall of stress running down our body?

Let’s do this multi-layered meditation that will help you calm down physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. If you are used to meditating, do this meditation as you always do (on the floor, on a chair, lying down, etc). If you don't usually meditate, just close your eyes and listen to my voice. Let go of control and dive in what I’m telling you.

I hope you enjoy it and if you know someone who needs this, invite them to subscribe, that way we are building bridges to help one other. Remember that now you can find us on Apple Podcasts and Spotify as well.

A big hug ❤
