Navigating the guilt of being a working mother

Do you feel like time is flying by while your children grow quickly and you pursue your professional goals? Do you have the feeling that you could be more involved or productive both at home and at work? Does it hurt to say goodbye to your children when you go to work and then feel bad at work because that guilt doesn't let you focus on your projects as you would like?
It's difficult not to fall into the temptation of wanting to work as if we didn't have children or to raise our little ones as if we didn't work. This situation feeds feelings of guilt, overwhelm, stress, and even defeat, which can lead to great emotional and physical exhaustion.
