Perfectly Imperfect

Hello …. How are you today?

This week, we're going to talk about perfectionism, how it shows, and what we can do about it. Although perfectionism can be the result of a positive intention, such as the motivation to achieve very high goals, it can have negative consequences on our mental and emotional health when those goals are not realistic.

I always say that I'm a recovering perfectionist. I had to do a lot of inner work because I had a really tough time trying to do everything with such extreme and mostly unattainable impeccability.

In the podcast, we're discussing the case of a follower who has shared her experience and how she suffers from perfectionism. I'm also shaing my own experience, and we're going to delve into perfectionism’s characteristics and how to overcome it. It is possible to learn to let go of control and trust in the flow of life.
