Procrastination as protection

Hello …. How are you today?

I want to offer you an idea that might completely change the way you see yourself.

What if procrastination isn’t laziness… but protection?

Because a lot of the time, we don’t postpone things because we don’t care.

In fact, we often procrastinate the things that matter most to us:

  • that project,

  • that conversation,

  • that change,

  • that decision.

And the more important something feels… the more fear, pressure or emotional exposure it can trigger.

In this new podcast episode, we explore procrastination from a much deeper and more compassionate perspective:

We talk about how perfectionism, exhaustion, fear of failure — and even nervous system overload — can make a part of us say:

maybe tomorrow.

In this episode we explore:

  1. procrastination and the nervous system

  2. perfectionism and paralysis

  3. fear of failure and fear of success

  4. emotional resistance

  5. and how to relate to ourselves differently

Because maybe you don’t need more pressure. Maybe you need more inner safety.

A big hug ❤
