Women's Circles

This is a space of total empowerment, high emotional vibration, and positive affective community among participants

This space takes us back thousands and thousands of years ago, when women gathered around the fire to share their personal stories and support each other.

The idea of women’s circles is to get together, to sit in a circle, to listen and respect one another and to contribute our ideas and experiences to enrich ourselves and others.

There are circles dedicated to issues that concern us all, and others dedicated to a specific problem, where the goal is to enhance our well-being and to explore together new and more positive ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

These circles are a safe and confidential space, where we can show ourselves as we are without fear, where we can learn from others and from ourselves, and where we can recharge our batteries.

The circles have two formats:

  1. Open: they are announced and attendees turn up spontaneously and sporadically

  2. Closed: a private group that will work deeply and together, and that is committed to meeting regularly.

If you already have a group of friends who'd like to start a women's circle (in person or online) with my moderation and coaching help, e-mail me and we will organize the details together.

talks and workshops

Workshops are especially beneficial on a social level, since they invite attendees to interact with other people.

In these meetings, a topic of common interest is discussed thoroughly to inspire and uplift attendees.

One or more friend panelists help deepen the discussion. There is a question and answer session and hands-on activities to put what you heard into practice. Some of the topics to be discussed will be self-esteem, parenting today, romantic love, sexuality, the power of attraction, and more.

By being in a context that represents us and where we belong, we feel more motivated and inspired. Our contribution seems to make more sense than when we do it in isolation.

You’re certainly going to feel pumped after these talks and workshops!

RETREATS

Retreats offer a space for mental recovery, through meditation and movement, all in a natural setting.

These offer you a few days away to rest and get some distance from both big cities and the noise in your head.

You will find peace and calm.

Benefits:

  1. To realign and find the calm within yourself

  2. To get away from your routine

  3. To lower the noise of stress

  4. To socialize with people on the same track

  5. To open up to new possibilities

  6. To find professional guidance related to different disciplines, e.g. Coaching, yoga, meditation, etc.
