This week I’m inviting you to do this multi-layered meditation that will help you calm down physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. If you are used to meditating, do this meditation as you always do (on the floor, on a chair, lying down, etc). If you don't usually meditate, just close your eyes and listen to my voice. Let go of control and follow what I’m telling you.
