What can we do when we feel frustrated and with little hope?

Hello ….how are you today?

This week I’m bringing you two pieces: an article that I’ve written for Psicología y Mente magazine (Psychology and Mind) and also a podcast in English which encapsulates the main ideas of the article in Spanish.

Many of my podcast followers and clients have been looking forward to this publication because it’s about something quite pervasive in our lives which is frustration. We all experience rage, anger, sadness, and even despair when we want something, we work to achieve it, but there’s an obstacle in our path. The problem is not feeling frustrated from time to time but anchoring frustration as part of our lives and covering it up by taking up unhealthy habits or throwing in the towel directly.

If you can read in Spanish, I’m also sharing with you an article I wrote in Psicología y Mente magazine (Psychology and Mind in English), which delves into the topic in depth and offers you concrete tools to free yourself.

The article will help you understand:

  1. What frustration is

  2. Where it comes from - our internal perceptions or from the external world around us

  3. When frustration is radically harmful

  4. The negative effects of frustration.

  5. How to channel frustration positively.

The article is for you to learn, get the necessary tools to tackle this, and also to share with me how you feel. Remember that I am here if you need help.

A big hug ❤
